The owner answered and scheduled to come look at the damage, got me a quote the same evening that was super reasonable and had his crew out the very next morning to fix the damage. During the first visit to my home he showed up with a presentation already put together presenting his company, measurements, material and service he had to offer with a good price and options. This left me with ease and helped me to make a good and final decision. I had several roofers visit me but none of them compared to Tetralto in covering deals and a plan to get it all done. He was very patient with me getting color choice, finance and HOA approval. They did an excellent job in removing. Installing and cleaning up afterwards. There wasn't any hidden cost or surprises.
